That there really is a place for her to rest her wings upon his back. A small part, but it's more than what it had been when all of this started. Even more than when she had watched over him as he slept, that very real, deep fear making a home in her. Perhaps even Garuda stirring to remind her...
But she has since tried to push them all aside in favour of his voice and while they will never go away for her, at least he has a place among them, louder and clearer than all the rest in moments like this one.
