Though granted, if he'd been genuinely injured, it might have wrapped right back around to saying absolutely nothing about it at all. But no, he was more or less entirely whole, though at some point down the line Kimmuriel would be hearing some whining about burns; as well prepared as he was it was still a pretty toasty experience and he could already feel the telltale sting of a few mild burns here and there.
The change in his expression was minute, a faint furrowing of the brows, the way his jaw tightened almost imperceptibly as Kimmuriel seemed to stiffen as he was reminded of the injury. The psionist's stoicism was as always, something to be marveled at no matter how unsurprising it was, though he still found himself just a little agitated at how well any potential pain was masked. For the best perhaps, but now he'd just be left guessing if the other man was actually seriously hurt. The fact that he could tell Kimmuriel was injured at all was not necessarily a great sign.
