(Sidestep looks like they might be late 20s or early 30s. They're dressed in multiple layers of shabby but practical clothing in mostly blacks and grays, though there are a few hints of teal in there. Skin is brownish, hair is darker brownish, eyes are soft and gray and kind of feminine with their long lashes.
They're really not all that impressive looking for someone so fearless.)
