So, as a gesture to keep herself from asking any further she promptly takes up the pastry and finally, aggressively even, takes a large bite of it. The fluffy texture and sweet flavors would normally be enough to quell her weary or frustrated mind.

And, in fact, for a moment it does. She makes a quiet hum of content. But the reaction was fleeting because the moment she looked back up to G'raha - seeing that smile of his and the lack of a direct answer - made her huff. At herself? At her friend? Why not both?

Oh- there she goes, taking another bite. The muffled sounds she makes could be interpreted as words. Something along the lines of 'You're just being silly now' perhaps?]
