[ Astarion is close enough that he easily takes his daggers (radiant dagger included!) to stab the one that just hurt Xenk. Dualwielding and at an advantage like this, it's easy to finish it off.
He's used to his companions being hit in battle, of course. He's not going to stop fighting just because Xenk was hit. But it'll certainly be something to clean up after they kill this last slug. ]
