[It's been a little bit of time—enough for Tifa to at least find her bearings and her clothes so she isn't dressed in squares of cloth haphazardly thrown together, but with all the people still landing on the ship and in the water, she's been hard-pressed to find any time to leave and explore, to get a feel for this place that they've supposedly landed in. She's had some time, at least, but she found herself quickly returning to the ship with the urge to help.
Not that she minds, of course, and she will gladly be there to reassure anyone in a panic, or to offer her eyes in a search for clothes, or a fresh towel to dry off with. It's a lot to take in, and she can only hope that she can give what others had been able to offer her when she had landed.
Which is why, as soon as she hears the sound of someone gripping the railings of the ship, she sets down the pile of towels in her arms and rushes over, not hesitating for a second to grab hold of their arm.
...
...?
Only for her to glance down and see who it is, and though her grip never falters, her expression does.]
Cloud!? What are you—I mean... how did you end up down there?
[Nothing to fear, she's already trying to hoist him up.]
