The whole thing leaves you stuck between the devil you know and the one that you don't.
[ he still hasn't gotten a tattoo either but he's got lots of personal hang ups on that front whereas Alucard... ]
Getting one does bring your magic back. There's a paladin from Faerûn here who has all of his divine, righteous magic.
