But he has one in Tav, certainly, and if anyone else could possibly be one, surely it would be Xenk. Xenk, who understands being undead and who he trusted enough to tell him he needed to stop.

He's left so much unsaid still and he wonders if he's only agreeing to be friends for the sake wrong reasons as he agreed to fuck him, that some part of him still wants to manipulate Xenk into being his ally.
