[Alhaitham can't say that he'd expected company that isn't Kaveh, as it shows on his face when he eventually wakes up—unlike Sherlock Alhaitham's naps stem from a far less dire reason, so it goes without saying that his do tend to be far more refreshing.
Clearly, that doesn't seem to be the case for Sherlock, as it doesn't take long for Alhaitham to catch him mumbling. He'd eyed the detective for a bit before looking over to Kaveh, and there'd basically been a silent exchange of words between the two of them to let the poor man rest for as long as he needs.
...still, unlike his husband Alhaitham is far more protective of his personal time, and should Sherlock still not wake up when its nearing the cafe's closing time Alhaitham will finally reach over to grab a shoulder to try and gently get him back awake. Otherwise Sherlock will wake up just to find Alhaitham still at his seat, though he's awake himself and back to occupying himself with a book, earpieces firmly settled over his ears.]
