The mortal looked quite strange, even for the mortals he'd met in this place. The orange cat on his shoulder, Daqiang recognized as similar in nature to Deathstar.
"And his happiness is not relevant," Daqiang continued as he checked a small pile of towels he'd already used to dry Deathstar off previously to see if any had dried out at all. "Only that he serve this venerable one as he's been trained to."
Deathstar, meanwhile, continued to loudly purr, turning over onto his back and stretching his paws out while his tail also swished. He was clearly conveying to his fellow warrior cat that the training of his own 'human' was going very well.
