Equally different was the fact there were no monsters. Gaia, of course, tended to have a monster population that far outweighed animal.
When he had been told about Nanaki's chosen task upon this world, Vincent had thought that the sanctuary was little more than free land. Somewhere for Nanaki to embrace his more animalistic side. Somewhere where he could be free of the more irritating side of human(ish) society. He'd gathered that Nanaki took in strays. But to this extent...
