This truth potion can be consumed directly from the phial as is, or it can be mixed in with most drinks or foods if you plan to be discreet when giving it to someone. It will not be permanent, however, and this particular amount only lasts up to a few hours, since you did not indicate how much time you would like to have for interrogating someone under the influence of the truth potion. That said, you're more than welcome to ask me to make another one if you deem it necessary enough that you would need more than... oh, roughly 4-6 hours I believe to get the information you want?
