To spite it all, I do feel quite welcome.

[The people of this place seemed accommodating enough as to be expected, though this entire organization seems to have run for some time, so much so it's economy seemed to run specifically on the outsiders.]

I know only that it is not my first visit to this place, but it is new to my memory.
