[🍍 a. manta board: a phantom thief]

[The rumours are pretty scary. There are people being found that are completely dazed and emotionless. A lot of it reminds Sora of what it’s like when someone completely loses their heart. Minus the Heartless or the Nobody showing up but… It’s still a little startling to see.

That is exactly why Sora wants to help with the issue. He can be found on one of the smaller village islands looking into some of the issues there. He’s with a young girl who seems to be sitting there without much of an expression on her face.]

It really looks like she’s just tired, or something.

[It’s way more than that. Sora tries to wave his hand in front of the girl to get her attention. But … Nothing.]

We’ve got to find a way to get her heart back.

[🍍 b. manta board: cat kneads]

[Who doesn’t like yummy, tasty, delicious bread?!? Sora is here on the boardwalk, trying to peek over the shoulders of the gathered crowd to get a good look at the bread-selling kitty.]

What kind of bread are you gonna try? I think I want one of those Boost Buns.

[Sora will be up for sharing bread with others! He could try Yeast Boost Buns, Crumb Cloak Croissant or Sourdough Song.]

[🍍 c. manta board: cluck and dagger: open to paladins or corsairs]

[Now, this is Sora’s kind of job. Sora loves protecting the party and if that means he can get in here and keep some tricky thieves away and get some yummy food along the way, he’s there!

Sora is in the midst of the fancy dinner party. He isn’t particularly dressed up but he’s obviously one of the paladins that’s patrolling the party.

Uh. Maybe someone should have told that to the other paladins, though…]

Hey, hold on a second! I’m with you guys!

[Sora’s currently being interrogated for being… a corsair. Does he really look like one?! He could use some help because some intimidating looking paladins are breathing down on him right now.]

Seriously, I’m here to help keep the recipe safe too! Back off a little!

[🍍 d. manta board: tributes for elah]

[Sora is aware of all the ongoings with Elah still being missing. That is why he’s here to try and help with the continued efforts in bringing back his home leviathan.]

Watch out!! Here I come!!

[There is a wild splash of water as Sora bursts out of the ocean on top of a giant shrimp. He lets out a whoop of boyish laughter as he rides the giant thing like it’s some sort of water mount. He plans to ride this thing right onto the shore so someone should be ready to catch him!!]

[Other than Manta Board requests, Sora can be found on his crew’s home island Hero’s Rest.

He can be found helping with feeding the crew’s pets and companions, building and fixing up the cottage, or trying his best to get a little garden planted with some melon and starfruit seeds. Come say hello!]

[Hello Sora, this incredibly beautiful man just walked up to stand between you and the Paladins. They snap to attention, recognizing that Kaveh is, well. Publicly recognizable as a Paladin after all this time, and also glaring absolute daggers at them all.]

Don't you two have actual patrols to be doing instead of interrogating kids without cause? Get going.

[They do slink off with some muttering, leaving Kaveh to sigh and shake his head.]

[A beautiful hero to the rescue!! Sora actually kind of stares at him for a minute or two while the whole situation goes down. Because he really is a nicely dressed, very pretty man. Oh. Hey.]

Uh, yeah! I'm okay! Thanks, you came along at just the right time! I thought those guys were going to cuff me up!

[He sighs and pats his clothing.]

Do I not look like a paladin right now? I guess I don't look as fancy as you do...

I think they're just paranoid, there's nothing about you that looks like you're here to steal chicken recipes.

[This whole thing is so ridiculous but dubloons are dubloons...and Alhaitham wants the chicken. That's what Kaveh's going to blame this on, anyway.]

I don't think you need to dress fancy to be a Paladin, or that'd make it very easy for the Corsairs to sneak in, don't you think?

That's what I thought. Stealing is never great, I'd never do that.

[He's too much of a good boy! ... Mostly. He'd probably steal something from a bad guy who needed to be stolen from. But that's nuances.]

But you look really fancy and you're a paladin. Even those guys were kind of quaking in their boots when they saw you.

[He chuckles.]

[Roxas's expression is very much a frown, and it's one that he's worn since he heard about this. He's been telling people about Heartless and is usually relieved when no one's heard of them. Something like this makes him worried though.

Heartless are never a good sign.]

So, what do you think we should do? Do we need to go looking for this Phantom Thief guy?

Or do you think something else is out there...

[Goodness, he's really hoping that this isn't a heartless issue.]

Uh... I don't know. From the sounds of it, this thief guy is the one that's doing some shady stuff.

[Hopefully it isn't actually heartless. But it's a matter of trying to help the girl out of her daze, too...]

Wanna see if we can find him? This is one whole island, how far could he have gone?

Well, we better hope he doesn't have a boat or anything.

But maybe we can ask around. And there's usually information at like, taverns and stuff.

[Ventus has been helping wherever he can, but really, he should've known Sora would be part of it, too.

[Sora yells the boy's name with a happy shout. He's coming in fast riding on the giant shrimp on top of that tidal wave that's coming in. He's going to crash into the shore soon, easily beaching this giant shrimp.]

Land ho!!

[He he leaps upwards and starts to fall to land... Catch him or something? Or don't, he's fine. He can land with Style.]

Wait, Sora--!!

[He stumbles a bit, reaching out towards Sora when he begins to fall--

And fall backwards after successfully catching the other boy!]

E. Not Crew or Visiting CR just intruding

[Sailing the sea on Kirara is easier than obtaining any kind of boat. She just had to make sure the cat demon didn't wander off to cozy up to that annoying lazy lion. Why Kirara took a liking to him she'll never know but its nice to leave the harbor and explore more. Its how she does come across Hero's Rest.

She's passed the island a few times here and there a few months back but...it seemed to have become more than a basic island. She is curious so she does direct Kirara to fly down so they can get a better look. If anything, Moroha had meant to claim this island for herself but it seems someone and his crew long beat her too it.

It doesn't take her long to come across the spikey haired brunette doing some chores. Kirara lands directly behind him with a soft thump and sniffs him.]

Geez, you built here fast...

[She clicks her tongue at Sora, tilting her head to the side a bit as she looks over Kirara's head]

Did the main land get to boring? I thought I was the only one that came out this far.

[Here Sora is minding his own business digging up a garden plot to make into a makeshift fruit-growing patch. He's almost startled as a fire demon cat flies overhead and with it, some random girl in red.

He's all for new visitors but this is new! He jumps to his feet and tilts his head curiously at her.]

Hey, how the heck did you get down here on that cat of yours?!

[Flying cats... cool.]

Uh, welcome? I guess? My crew's been building here for a few months now. Does it really look like we've been building fast? I think that's a good thing.

I've passed by a few times over the months and yeah, I'd say you really claimed it as your own.

[She snorts a bit at that as she slides off Kirara's back and steps around her as she scratches under her chin. The cat demon is usually pretty mild tempered and she doesn't seemed bothered by Sora either. If anything, shes more curious by him. Moroha is too.

Moroha tilts her head a bit]

So you guys live out here? Is it better than being in town?

[She does peer around him to the garden....yeah, not her thing. Her nose wrinkles a bit. Gardening seems like a pain]

[well, that sure is a cat selling bread. he recognizes the cat of course, and makes his way over to Sora.]

That's the guy who was definitely stealing ingredients last month.

[he shakes his head though, and looks down at the array of bread. he's never going to say no to food, though.]

I'm thinking maybe... the jelly roll.

Stealing? Uh... I guess since he's making his own pop up shop now he's not stealing anymore.

[Or at least he's not stealing... right now. Sora picks up his Yeast Boost Bun and grins at Percy.]

Let's try them both, I'll buy!

[he's so used to weird shit happening in his life, he can't even really comment too much on the cat. at least it's... doing something? he guesses?

he looks at the bun and then nods, taking it in his hands.]

Sounds like a plan. We eat it at the same time?

Need some help with the building?

[Nico's not going to be able to help with the gardening because he has a tendency to kill plants, except when's about to eat them. So building's the best thing he can help out with.]

I can get a construction crew going.

Nico! Hey!

[Sora beams warmly and hops down from the window sill he had been trying to get fixed. It's lucky that it's not winter right now.]

Yeah, I could use a hand! I'm not really all that great with this fixing-up stuff, either. But we've all gotta try some time, right? What do you think you can do?

[Is he going to summon the undead construction crew?]

Get help.

[That's exactly what he's going to do. The warrior zombies he made contracts with earlier didn't exactly do construction, so when he learned the island needed repairs, he got some workers.

So he summons them. They pop out like the warriors do, climbing up out of the ground, but then get to work, taking over for Sora.]

Looks like they know what to do. We just have to supervise.

[He looks at Sora for a moment, fidgets. This is the first time they've been alone since The Kiss.]

So... How are things?

[ Sora... Sora, please. Cloud just sighs and stabs the ground with his sword. Why he has to stand here and be ready to catch a teenage boy is beyond him.

All of this to beach a giant shrimp. At least the net's ready for when Sora succeeds. ]

Hold on tighter.

Yeah! Coming in fast, Cloud!! Let's go!

[Elah is going to have the biggest, most delicious shrimp to eat once Sora gets it up on the shore. This is going to be the biggest meal anyone has ever seen!!

And once the shrimp comes sliding onto the shore, Sora leaps up and right towards Cloud's net. Catch him!!]

[ Don't you dare! He's just going to quickly toss the net over the shrimp. Then shift so that he can catch Sora in his arms. An easy feat, considering his enhancements and the like. That and Sora practically weighs nothing. ]

Don't you think that there's a better method for this?

[Azul had tried to recruit this little cat to work for Kaveh's cafe... or for his own Lounge, but they had declined, wanting their own business to run. But hey, doesn't mean he can't try to convince them to partner with Azul a bit and make a deal to have their bread ordered and delivered to the Lounge...

... but first he should make sure to try sampling a few of these, even if the idea of all the calories that might be in these is worrying. But bread isn't quite as bad as say, eating a ton of fried chicken like that one place that's offering some recently... and then Sora is suddenly calling out to him here, snapping him out of his thoughts.]

Huh? Ah... sorry, I was thinking perhaps this one here might be worth giving a try.

[He says, pointing to the Loaf Lift Pumpernickle on display.]

[Having a magical cat making magical breads for your shop to sell would be a big hit! For now, the little cat is doing decently at his little pop up shop. But in the future... Good luck, Azul!

Sora smiles at Azul. Nothing wrong with eating a little bread, come on!]

Yeah! All of it looks super tasty. Maybe I'll try the sourdough one first.

[Sourdough Song... That makes people sing songs. Yeah, he's none the wiser about it right now.]

Oh? That one also looks good as well, so I might order that one too...

[But no more probably, he cannot allow himself to end up consuming too many calories from too much bread... for now though--]

You'll have to tell me how it tastes, and in exchange I can let you know how this Pumpernickle compares. How does that sound?
