There are some cute shops I saw, a few art stops, and there are even some performers on the streets at night that we could watch.

Sure, those all sound good. We've never really been to the markets or shop at night, and they will probably have something more unique than what we've seen so far.

That's the hope, yeah. I know the Naughtilust has its... places... like that. But the nightlife here really is something else. Not like what it is on Elah or Eltrut, or even Nogard, from what I've heard.

[She plucks the dessert menu from the side of the table.]

Should be fun. Maybe I'll even buy a few things.

[He's nodding along at first, but then pauses in thought.]

Do you think they would be able to hold the items if you do? I'm only thinking if we have to carry things around and if that would get in the way or not.

[He doesn't mind either way, so he's just making sure on her end.]

[She lifts the dessert menu so that it hides her lips, but as she peers over the top edge at him, he'll see that amused glint in her eyes.]

I thought you could just carry my bags.

Well I don't mind... But then I wouldn't be able to hold your hand.

What, can't loop them around your arms? Guess I know where to start when we begin our training.

It really doesn't matter to me. We can still look and if there's something you want you should go ahead and get it.

[She slides it across the table until her fingers brush against his.]

There are a couple of pies that sound really good.

...Now he wonders if he's being too picky for her to be so conscientious, but at the same time if he knew she certain preferences he would do the same. So after some deliberation—]

How about this?

[He points to a kind of tart cake made of strawberries and soft cream.]

[Not too picky, she just wants him to enjoy the dessert as much as she will...!

But when he picks out the tart—]

Oh, I'm a little jealous.

[As if they aren't going to share the desserts that they pick out. He better believe that she's going to be stealing more than a few bites.]

Was thinking of getting this mocha cheesecake. I usually go for fruits, but if that's what you're going to go with...
