ready to catch these hanse
Who: Zelda and Riju
Status: Closed
Where: Nondescript wilderness where creatures of the equus persuasion tend to roam
What: Year of the honse manta board shenanigans
Warnings: None anticipated
Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
[ Days ago Riju had posed one innocuous question to Zelda and paired it with a picture of the strange beast. The same one they now find themselves stalking through the tall grasses for cover.
She travels light today, trading in her usual weapons for a length of rope and a short, compound bow slung over her shoulder, neither at the ready. A gentle breeze rustles the foliage overhead, but the creature hardly twitches its ears at the sound. The purple fruit swaying precariously above serves as a more pressing distraction, giving them both time to observe and plan their approach.
Other than the mismatched appendages, there's little of the creature's behavior that betrays it as anything other than a typical horse. Or mostly horse-like. If horses could climb trees to graze. Regardless, it hardly seems deserving of a bounty, but she hasn't completely dropped her guard just yet. ]
I don't sense anyone else around at the moment. Would you like to study it here first?
