Cosmo Conservatory Adoption Event 🐾🐧🐕
[Those who walk by the entrance of the animal sanctuary on Eltrut will notice a brightly colored banner hung up, advertising the open adoption for a native domesticated creature known as the Pengi. Noting all are welcome to come by and play with the pups, and their healed three-legged mother, but there were only six pups to be adopted. Of course visitors were welcome further out onto the grounds to simply explore the sanctuary itself and what there is to offer in sights and learning of other animals there. Careful of the jewelry-box mimic, it can get nippy.
For those interested in Pengi adoption, it isn't terribly hard to flag Turo down for questions and the like. Those familiar would of course notice Mariposa following- or simply hopping into the pen to give Mama Pengi a break, drawing attention while playing with the pups not occupied with people. Said pen wasn't overly tall, just enough to contain the corgi-sized pups so they couldn't escape, containing various toys and soft plush safe for the beak/puppy teeth had.
Chairs were also set about, along with tables, so that people could sit down and have their own break—eat a few of the freely provided snacks and drinks, or go inside and grab something else from the heated or cold vending machines within the reception building.]
Careful now, don't get so excited after eating.
[One of those pengi pups held in his arms, carefully tying a yellow ribbon to the break-away matching collar he'd designed. Better to tell them all apart. There was a new furry face standing on hindlegs to smell the pup as Turo worked with it, tail wagging and eyes bright; a 'youngster' that Mariposa had practically dragged from somewhere.]

Nature Walks - Ocean Biome 🌊
[Given the 'dark water' and all it brings affecting various areas, well, Turo was working hard to ensure that the ocean life that made the watery biome at Cosmo home were safe. Checking above from the shoreline and even below in the viewing caves that allowed people to look out into the depths through a thick clear section of crystal. There were also the tide pools down there for the smaller creatures -like the sea bear slugs- weren't acting strangely.
It was quiet down in the caves, just the sound of water and something soft yet oddly musical here and there, the light soft thanks to the glow of crystals.
The shore of the ocean biome above had a couple of cerberus pups stretched out in the sand, some of the xolos laid out around them.
Either or, Turo could be found there if not at the adoption event at times.]
Dark Water - Purifying 💧
[Thanks to Iron Bundle -who was staying clear on the shore; or on the deck of Turo's personal ship, depending- Turo was able to walk along a frozen path over otherwise moving ocean water carefully. A little snow still falling from the paradox 'mon's ability as he reached into his bag for a container of—Dust? Dust that seemed to flow and glitter in the light as he moved it, turning a dial on the bottom of the container.]
Keep an eye out for this washing over the ice for me—or anything coming up from below. I don't doubt something from below may try to take advantage with how some of the sea-life has been acting either.
[He'd have one warning at least, ocean water or not, the ice that Bundle had created would take one good hit before breaking—if it came to that.]
There are some dust bombs in the bag I left just there that will do the same work as this.
