⛵ Like the rest of the ships around the docks lately, the explosion of sea slugs has taken over the hero's ship as well. It's covered in what seems like hundreds of playful and colourful sea slugs. They are all over the deck, climbing up the mast and leaving strings of sticky slime all over the place. The slugs will either need to be removed somehow or killed. And the sea slug slime mopped up...

If crewmates and friends are looking for partners to go harvesting underwater pineapples with the ship can also be found in Eltrut waters where the special pineapples can be found. Go swimming or diving to collect as many underwater pineapples for the ship stores as possible.

🌼 If not on the ship, the crew can sometimes be found at their small cottage on the paladin's leviathan, Elah. The cottage is small but happens to be well kept despite four very unruly and busy teenagers living inside it. They have a small garden growing outside as well as various plants and pots all over the terrace.

And they seem to be preparing to build some kind of new addition to the cottage soon too as there is a pile of stone and wood stacked up outside. And an apple-shaped sheep keeps walking around too. Baaah.

Why are we doing planning with a sledgehammer, Izuku?

[You can have the hammer back when he is convinced it will not be used on a load-bearing wall.]

[Izuku's hand stays there up in the air reaching for that hammer that's just barely out of his reach.]

Ahh... [He sweatdrops.] Well... Most construction sites take a bit of deconstruction too... Isn't that right?

Izuku, are you familiar with the concept of a load bearing wall?

Wait! I- I wasn't going to take out a wall entirely! Not- Not exactly! I was only trying to break down some of these rocks first!

[He was maybe planning a bit of that...]

I'm assuming a load-bearing wall is one that holds up part of the structure...

They support the weight of the structrure. If that wall is broken, the entire structure, not just the wall you want to demolish, could collapse.

[Kaveh crosses his arms.] Now, I don't know if this wall is load bearing. And neither do you.

It could collapse the whole thing...?

[He thought it might only collapse one wall which is exactly what he wants to do so hearing that has Izuku taking a safe step backwards.]

I see... Kaveh-san, can you still help me with planning this out properly? Everyone worked hard to purchase this home together so I... I really do want to do this right.

[He's just a little over enthused sometimes, okay??]

[Robot suitcase... So cool. Izuku watches with a bit of delight sparkling in his eyes. Then he quickly tries to rein in his excitement.]

Ah- I think I'm going to go with wanting to install an alchemy study. Something with a lot of glass panels so I can also grow a few potted herbs and other ingredients. So... something like a first floor only side room with plenty of windows.

[Kaveh perks a little, curious, but he considers that, an idea forming in his mind.] And you want it on this side because this side faces into the yard...yes, I see.

In this case, you actually want to build the bones of the extension before starting demolition work, because it can transfer the weight over. Let's see...it'll need to be well-ventilated as well. How big did you think you'd want it?

It doesn't need to be too big I don't want to take up so much room that I annoy the others... So maybe just a little bigger than a standard bedroom?

A little bigger...but with a great deal of light and ventilation. So the windows are tall but split like this...

[A sketch comes together quickly under Kaveh's fingers. Windows with a smaller pane on top that opens out to ventilate, but otherwise span nearly from the ceiling to the floor for two thirds of the room. A small and cozy workspace with similar ventilation and a little chimney in the roof to allow the fumes to escape.]

Ah! That's amazing, Kaveh-san! That's exactly what I was picturing! The windows are exactly what I had in mind!

[Izuku's eyes sparkle. Kaveh really is so gifted with this sort of thing. A genius.]

I'm glad to hear it. Now...you'll have to get the material for these windows and get them sized out just right before they're installed since they'll also be providing a lot of the structural support. Luckily, I can find some glassmakers here that should be able to do it no problem.

[Izuku takes a notebook out of somewhere and starts to take a few notes.]

Glass sizes and material... Alright, I think I can do that too. Again, thank you so much for helping me, Kaveh-san. Maybe I didn't need that hammer at all.

[He totally didn't need that sledgehammer.]

[He very gently sweatdrops.]

I'm sorry... You're right. I know.

[He can just hear Kaveh's architect's heart breaking at the thought. So he'll stop!!]

[He nods. The next wall broken down will be Ranma's idea! Or Shoto's fire-burning treatment idea...]
