[Anyone that Heizou feels friendly enough with will receive a text from him early in the day. And it reads as follows:]

If you receive a message from someone you don't often see, who, nonetheless, accurately describes your recent activities and seems overly friendly and enthusiastic, it's best to stay alert. You never know what ulterior motives they might harbor. What's worst, the sender might not actually be the friend at all...

No doubt you're already beginning to question about this one, about where it's going. Am I right? That's exactly the kind of awareness I'm hoping for. But to be honest, the only "motive" I have here is to invite you for a small gathering today. [He gives a location, the name of a small restaurant on Eltrut that's easy to get to, and a time to meet up in the evening.]

Apologies for the short notice. And if you're still unsure about this sender's identity, feel free to come find Shikanoin Heizou in front of the MANTA office! I'll be there waiting, ready to set out together. :3

[Of course, feel free to respond to his message and ask whatever you like. Or just show up at either the MANTA office or the restaurant that's been named in the message. Heizou will be spending the early evening under a tree right outside of the MANTA office, reading a book and idly humming to himself while he waits for anyone who decides to do the former.]
