[That really is putting it lightly. With the amount of Pocky he has in his arms he could feed a whole ship's crew! Just don't ask him to play it. The Pocky Game (no please ask him).

[ Having spent half her life as the kid of colonist farmers, and the other half zipping around space as a marine, Shepard's never seen or experienced the delights of Pocky. This is something that needs to change STAT. ]

[ She gestures to the cart and then to the colourful bouquet of sweets in Kintoki's arms, assuming he's a vendor on his way to the markets. ]

[Er... they're called that back home, in the future. Here they're just little biscuit sticks that were dipped in sweet cream. They're the same thing though! Pocky... that sweet, long sought after treat. Normally GOLDEN wouldn't go all that crazy over the stuff. It's an awesome snack for sure!
But unlike a certain, yellow oni, Kintoki doesn't have that great of a sweet tooth.
It's just that the stuff is familiar, and he thinks that's super Golden!]

[ Like the boba at the challenge stall last month, it's entirely possible that something similar existed where Shepard is from... but Pocky isn't ringing the bells that boba did.
She takes the stick nearest to her on the cart - pale yellow, obviously banana flavoured - and snaps a bite from the top. Her eyebrows raise after a couple of seconds, considering the remaining half of the Pocky still pinched in her hand. ]

It's supposed to taste kinda like an alcohol from home. Ya might like it, it smells good and is pretty creamy.

Well, there's also the chocolate and almond one. And the banana cream one is also Golden. But most people tend to just stick with plain chocolate or strawberry.
[He'll go ahead and hand her a few more boxes of the aforementioned flavors.]

[ Her eyes definitely go up to his hair, plainly thinking that the name is fitting. Of all the people she's met in this place, Golden isn't the strangest name by a long shot. ]

The Pocky Game though....
...Well that's not something that she's ever heard of before outside of the occasional, passing whispers among the Sakura girls. If she didn't know better then Enty would have mistaken as some sort of battle or conflict of wills!
And it kind of is, at least in her mind, as she holds a stick between her lips idly. Watching other people test their mettle in the fierce fight known as...

Sidestep
Sidestep is turning around and finding a nice hidden corner to sulk in and telepathically cloaking themself so that no one will bother them because fuck no and fuck that, actually. Unfortunately for them, the ability doesn't work as well on friends and some people here are just straight up not affected, so feel free to spot the weirdo hiding in a corner hoarding candy to themself.)

(They have quite a collection, too. Strawberry, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, ruby chocolate, mango, matcha, chocolate dipped in sea salt, blueberry...)

Are there any flavors that Sidestep dislikes? They haven't found one yet. About the only sweet they aren't super keen on is biscotti.
They grab one of the ones with dark chocolate and sea salt chunks and start munching away. They still aren't offering to share.)

Her belly still grumbles even after the amount that she's eaten thus far. Carriers need lots of fuel to operate! And the only fuel she's been getting so far has been in the form of actual food. Which is fine and works! But!!!
