[A. Eltrut SNAP
When Kaveh dropped the prototype kameras off at the MANTA offices, he also left a note saying he'd be happy to help teach anyone how to use them if they came by the Cafe. So here he is, with a couple kameras on the countertop, and a third one open as he fiddles with the internal functions. He's mostly just contemplating how to make these much, much smaller...He's also kind of muttering to himself about it. Something about the magitech circuits?
Nevertheless, the little sign on the counter says he's happy to answer questions, so it's probably fine to approach him!]
[B. Cat Kneads]
Can't you give me something more to go on than it's a cat? What exactly was it taking.
[Kaveh is trying to find the little thief in question, but the irate victims of theft aren't giving him too much to go on. Of course, Kaveh has two secret weapons in his goals, one of which is the large black cat draped over his shoulders, but he can't help but think it's kind of strange. You'd expect a cat to steal fish, wouldn't you?
ooc: Kaveh will try to help the cat when it's motives are discovered, instead of turning it in!]
[C. Island Sanctuary
Kaveh has some pretty strong feelings about the Paladins as an Armada right now, and even stronger ones about the chaos left in Elah's wake. That said...many of the people under the Paladins banner are just that--ordinary people, whose lives have been catastrophically disrupted by the consequences of just a few evil men's actions.
He hates that this feels familiar.
So he's gone to help design and build homes on the settlement, creating easily replicated blueprints to make sturdy and stable houses that don't need too much materials. He's not great at the physical labor but given how restless he is, someone may need to stop him before he grabs a hammer.]?
[D. Cafe Daze
Despite everything, the Cafe continues operations with few hiccups. A new floral tea is being offered for the season, made with petals of the padisarah flowers Kaveh has grown in this world. And of course, the Research Club is still in session, though those interested in it need only speak to Kaveh about what he needs them to find, or come in to share their notes and findings. He's designated the quiet room in the back of the cafe for them to speak, if need be.
Kaveh himself can be found either serving customers or scribbling designs...or snapping pictures with one of his new Kameras. Or, if one's timing is poor, you can find him dozed off in a corner with his husband, completely conked out on one of the comfy couches.
At least it's a solid advertisement for how comfy the place is?

Well. It seems like Leona has fallen asleep right here. Without any regard that he's sleeping in a public space. In a cafe. Where people are likely to want to sit on the couch he's spread out on. Oops?]

Trouble is, the tea's getting cold, and also Shadowlily is deeply offended that this strangely shaped lion has taken her favorite couch.
Kaveh's going to carefully pick up the cup to replace it with a fresh one. In the meanwhile, a very fluffy black cat is going meow as loudly and sternly as she can.]
