[ electricity doesn't stop this dragonite from moving around, and successfully following through with kieran's orders means surge is pushed into a sticky substance that she's not realizing yet. when she tries to kick her feet, nothing happens, her legs bound by the dragon, and as her arms is submerged next, the only thing that's properly sticking out is her head.
everything goes still, her limbs, herself, and the only thing left is her head which is sticking out without any issues, but the amount of electricity that's trying to leak from her body barely makes it through the substance. it runs off her head, off her ears, the tip of her nose trying to spark the one dragon she's been placed into.
