If you wanted to learn I wouldn't mind. Just as long as you don't mind whatever methods I end up using.

But no, after going through it myself and seeing my colleague train recruits, not to mention having to correct my own teammates enough times... I don't think I could ever really train or mentor someone. Give out advice and a few tips, sure, but nothing like an actual regimen. Doubt anyone would be able to last under me, either.

Was thinking more along the lines of stretches and meditation... if you're into that sort of thing. Strengthening not only the body, but your core and mind. Just like Zangan taught me.
