What: As previously announced, the Mostro Lounge is holding a celebration for Halloween/Ghoul's Moon for the month of October! Stop on by and take part in deals on treats, activities, and the costume contest while you're able!

Warnings: One of the prompts contains potions that will induce temporary effects to whoever drinks them, but these effects are meant to be harmless. Will add anything else here if something comes up in any threads that require it, but this is primarily a log to allow creating your own starter for festivities at the Lounge and tagging out to each other as desired!

The only main rules Azul has for the Lounge is: nothing that isn't family friendly appropriate, don't break anything, don't try to get into any rooms marked for staff only unless you are in fact staff, and don't dine and dash, or else characters may face ~consequences~ lol]

[Kieran hasn't got a costume ready yet, so he's just in his regular clothes right now. But he's seated at a table and munching on some pumpkin-themed treats and a big warm drink in a jack-o-lantern themed mug. But when he sees Azul going around, Kieran will wave at him.]

Hey Mr. Azul!

Ah, Kieran-san! I'm so glad that you could make it!

[No shame in not coming in costume, Azul is happy you came and are spending money here regardless as he nods to Kieran's table.]

Is everything to your liking here?

Yeah, it's real nice here! You really made this place look amazing! It's like a whole festival in here

[He's grinning wide as he says it.]

Are you gonna keep this up all month? That sounds like a lotta work!

Yes, that's the goal. Or at the very least, for as long as customers are satisfied and happy to pay us a visit.

[the scheduling here might go sideways upon the arrival of a certain gala but that's neither here nor there--]

Well, I think it'll be great! And I'd definitely come back again, especially for all these!

[He gestures to the treats he's bought. Boy has a sweet tooth and Azul is providing.]

Oh, uh, I do have one question, though. Is there a time I could come where it isn't so busy, an' let my Pokemon try some of the menu? They're well behaved and won't break anythin', promise! I can even have 'em wait outside if need be!

[Hmm... Azul has never been asked something like this before, but... Is there any real harm to it? Probably not, as long as Kieran is paying for the food to give his Pokemon.]

Yes, your Pokemon can try the menu as well: you are a paying customer, after all, and if they are truly as well behaved as you say they are, there shouldn't be a problem with having them enjoy their meal inside the Lounge just like anyone else can.

[Kieran brightens at that, smiling brightly.]

Thanks, Mr. Azul! I'm sure my Pokemon would love to try your food, especially if they're this good!

[He perks up with an idea.]

Oh, as thanks, I could give you some'a Hydrapple's syrup! Maybe you could use it in some desserts?

You're welcome! And I must admit, that sounds like an intriguing offer to try experimenting with possible desserts with this syrup, so yes, I'd be happy to accept that in exchange here.

[And if he does come up with a good idea with it, he will be sure to let Kieran know right away to try it, if he wants to.]

Great! I'm sure Hydrapple'd be happy to let ya take some. But I gotta warn ya, it gets real sticky sometimes.

[Hydrapple is living in a giant candy apple, after all.]

Then I will have to make sure to prepare accordingly when the time comes to gather a sample.

[Azul will have to wear something he's not too fond of in case it gets syrup on it, probably.]

For sure! I know when Hydrapple's good for some syrup collectin', so I'll let ya know.

[Yeah no, Kieran has learned that syrup collecting days also count as laundry days.]

[Azul's smile is in fact a little softer, more genuine for a moment rather than the "businessman" smile he tends to wear, but then it ticks back up towards "businessman" again when he speaks.]
