[With a tut tut tut, she shakes her head as she rests it against his.]

You will have to get at least three glasses of wine or ciders in me first. And that will still be a maybe.

[ramuhs]

Not a problem, I'm sure I can manage that one way or another.

[And then as they're walking, he'll notice something as they pass under one of the stone archways and suddenly stop.]

The wine and cider are the easy part, my love. The rest of it...

[Her voice dies when he stops, and she pulls back to blink down at him.]

What is it?

[ramuhs]

[He just grins as his eyes drift upward.]

Seems there are more of these sprouting around.

[And lo, it is another mistletoe hanging above them.]

[garudas]

[Her gaze follows his, only to look up and see the same weed hanging above them that compelled them to kiss at the cave's entrance. Amusement mixes with confusion as her eyes fall back down to him.]

Alright, you cannot convince me that you did not put that one there on purpose.

[ramuhs]

I was with you the whole time, when would I have managed that?

[garudas]

Oh, I don't know, when you were planning the party?

[A narrowed, suspicious stare bears down upon him.]

Or you had someone else do it for you. There is no way they are sprouting like this on their own?

[ramuhs]

[He's about to retort when an odd look crosses his face and be looks back up at them.]

Could they?

[As if he's seriously contemplating that possibility.]

[garudas]

Do not play coy with me.

[But now she is doubting herself and staring up at the plant.]

... That is not possible. Something has to be willing these into existence if so.

[ramuhs]

I can promise you it's not me, so could have been someone else.

But regardless...

[Now looking at her expectantly. And he has her trapped in his arms.]

[garudas]

[Her gaze drops to him, then shoots up to the mistletoe.]

What, again!? Why do I need a holiday weed to kiss you?

[ramuhs]

You don't, but no reason not to.

[And dropping her down a bit so she's closer to him.]

[garudas]

Ridiculous.

[Face to face now, her lashes flutter to meet his eyes, and her lips quirk ever so slightly at him. She's going to be difficult.]

... Why can't you be the one to kiss me?

[ramuhs]

[He's already pulling her down before she finishes speaking, lips capturing the last word as he kisses her roughly and deeply. He will hold her there, too, even as the smirk forms before he pulls away.]

It will be your turn next time.

[And he sets her down.]

[garudas]

[She is not so inclined to let him go now, not after that kiss. Her voice dies away into a soft, happy sound, and she takes it and gives back with equal passion. Even when he pulls away and sets her down, she is chasing him, wishing for more, but her hands slide away from his shoulders and across his chest.]

Not if I take down every little kissing weed before you get me under them.

[ramuhs]

Is it really so wrong? I think they add a bit of fun.

[garudas]

[Is she teasing him? Maybe, maybe not—]

You know me and surprises. I just do not like being caught unaware.

[ramuhs]

[He's wager half and half.]

And if it wasn't a surprise?

[garudas]

Well then, what is the point of these if they are not?

[She puckers her lips at him, mimicking a kiss.]

Then you might as well just go ahead and do it.

[ramuhs]

[Well since she said so he's just going to kiss her again for that.]

[garudas]

[Once again, she is surprised by the sudden kiss, and she giggles as she shoves him back, albeit incredibly weakly.]

Careful, or you are going to use up all of your kisses before the night is even over.

[ramuhs]

As if that were a thing.

[A smirk as he leans in.]

You'd be begging for more.

[garudas]

Oh?

[That lights a challenging spark in her eyes.]

I think you might cave first. With or without the stupid plant.

[ramuhs]

[And now he starts backing away.]
