[ Automatically shutting that down. No hesitation. Doesn't trust Surge as far as she can throw her, and since we already established Della weighs about as much as a wet noddle? Ain't far. ]

If getting home was that easy, I don't think any of us would still be here. I'm just more susceptible to that kind of trickery, because of some issues up here.

[ She taps a finger to her noggin. She's well aware that her time on the moon left her with some screws loose. Just something she has to live with. ]

[ very heroic of her to help without needing della to say yes, but surge has never been the type to listen to anyone either. everything she does is on her own terms, and della, while having issues up there, should be so grateful that surge has certain issues that makes her determined in her actions. ]

[ water rushes from the nozzles on his hydropack, at first wrapping around della, and then slipping under her feet to lift her up. before she knows it, she'll be engulfed in a bubble-like water structure, and it feels surprisingly solid underneath her feet. the sides, though? the water seems to be rippling and moving over the surface of the bubble.

unlike the previous times he's done this, he's not tryign to drown her, after all. she needs air flow in there. ]

[ Drippy, throw her into the water chamber.

Oh, no. That didn't sound good. The moment Surge dropped that sentence, Della bolted. She had hoped that a life of adventuring would give her the speed and stamina to escape in time, and had this occurred when she was perhaps ten years younger, maybe she'd be right.

But she isn't. She's older, and that metal leg slows her down - and so, she's been bubbled. And she is pissed. ]

LET ME OUT OF HERE! WHAT DID I EVER DO TO YOU?!

[ She begins banging her fists on the walls, pointless as it made be. In fact, the McDuck temper tantrum is on full blast here - kicking, punching, biting, with her words becoming less and less comprehensible by the second. There may be a 'doggone stubborn little' in there somewhere. ]

[ "it's no use", if you will... but what's important here is that, though rippling with movement, the water that surrounds her feels almost as solid as a brick wall when she hits against it. the only opening is a small circle right at the top of it, meant to let air in and out for her. it's not like he means to actually hurt her, after all.

[ it's with a roll of surge's eyes that she's doing this out the kindness of her heart, dragging della around to investigate. she doesn't have to! but here she is because maybe if the girl didn't fall where surge and kit were working then this could have been avoided. ]

Sheesh... no one acts their age anymore.

[ surge turns her back, walking a few times as she looks around the area. ]

They randomly appear, so we should go somewhere that people have been seeing them more often, y'know?

[ this is said to kit and NOT della, della doesn't get conversation right now. ]

[ Honestly it's better that it's not said to Della, because she's not listening.

She's STILL carrying out the 'donald duck but a chick' tempter tantrum. She hasn't let out one of these in a while, and things have been building up ever since she landed in this world. Straw, camel, back, yadda yadda.

This goes on for several solid minutes until she finally wears out every single last bit of strength. She sits on her butt, panting for breath, and leans on the wall. ]

... Think I'm gunna take a nap.

[ kit pauses, hesitates, then looks at surge. della didn't slow down at all until she screeched all the way to a halt. now kit's not entirely sure what he's supposed to do with her, but he's getting kind of tired, which is crazy, because he'd never gotten tired before running out of water before, but...

he'll set her down on the ground, lightly, before pulling the water back into his pack. ]

Um, w-what should we do with her?

...I dunno. I thought she wanted to find her mansion. How much do ya think she costs?

[ surge says this unsure of the fact that della will cost anything, looking down at the duck then back to kit, she shrugs. ]

Wonder if Angel Fish'll take her. She's like one-of-a-kind. We could get some rupies or somethin' offa her.

[ there's no hiding the curiosity in surge's voice at what could happen, besides, isn't azul in the business of needing stuff for potions. ]

[ She doesn't quite nap yet. Her eyes are closed, and she lets out a gentle, peaceful sigh. ]
