Hmm... A place where there are more mountains with a clear view of the stars and some coves, with a large enough population to have a unique market.

[He can't help but quirk his lips at that.]

Oddly enough, there probably is an island just like that.

[She chews on her lip, biting back the hint of a smile.]

[A quiet laugh as he gently squeezes her fingers.]

Maybe I'm taking you there on purpose.

[starshower]

Ahh...

[She gives a nod in understanding.]

The old take her somewhere scary so she clings to you trick?

No idea what you're talking about.

I think you do, but... in that case... I guess we could do it.

[Only if he promises to keep her safe from the ghosts and ghouls.]

Did you have haunted houses back home?

[He just chuckles because even if that is what he meant, he would really put her up against something she was against. Now if there was a place where the ghosts were peaceful and friendly, then maybe...]

As for haunted houses... There were some amusement parks like that. But there were also islands that had undead in them.

Hmm... Think I'll pass on those. I think there's a difference between ghosts and undead and I'd rather some friendly ghosts than scary undead.

[Even the thought of either of them makes her shiver, though.]

Only thing we had was an inn at the Gold Saucer. They were all actors, but it still scared me a little. Just means they were good.

Yeah, usually it's actors for the entertainment ones. But I didn't really frequent them.

[But he just smiles a little playfully.]

So amusement park would be fine, but not the haunted house.

I think I'd prefer an amusement park, yeah. Wouldn't really call the Diamond Dust one, would you...? Because if that's the case, then we still haven't really found one of those around here yet, have we?

Not really, at least not compared to the ones I've been to in my world with the rides. But now that you mention, I don't think we have...

I would think so. If a place like the Diamond Dust can, then there's gotta be a place like an amusement park.

[It would have to be run by a bunch of magic and crystals, probably, but one would think?]

Worth looking into.

Might as well. Would be more surprising if there wasn't something out there...not that I've really been to them much. Maybe once or twice.

Well, you did say you would do things you don't normally do, yeah?

[A flush to her cheeks again, or maybe it's just been there all along.]

So, if we were to go together...

Of course. If anything the rides would probably more appealing to me.
