[There's a snort and as he smirks at her.]

There won't be anyone coming, so just better make yourself comfortable.

[And to play a little into the role, his arm goes around her waist and pulls her around to press her up close to him.]

You're mine now.

[starshower]

[She gasps dramatically as he pulls her close, but the sound turns into a giggle, as some of that tension leaves her and is carried away in the wind.]

And how am I supposed to do that if I'm being kidnapped?

[flamekthunder]

I could just tie you up and leave it at that.

[Or would she like that—]

However, if you can convince me you won't get into trouble, I might let you roam around.

[starshower]

[The way her cheeks flush might answer that question.]

Well, what else am I going to do out here? Who's going to come and help me? Unless there's something you don't want me to see.

[flamekthunder]

[It does indeed answer that question.]

Nothing to hide here. Just don't try to jump off the boat to swim away.

[starshower]

[She wiggles playfully against him, like she is trying to "break free".]

I'll try my best not to.

[And now that playfulness turns into an apology in her eyes.]

Can't believe you had to do all that just to have me forget.

[flamekthunder]

[He just tightens his hold on her... Before he just shakes his head.]

It wasn't really that much...and remember, I forgot my birthday earlier, too.

[starshower]

That's true.

[She waves a finger at him.]

And yet here you are, scolding me for doing the same!

[Before he can remind her again of her bad habits—]

So, where are we going anyway?

[flamekthunder]

[Oh he was definitely ready to say something, and his eyes carry that message loud and clear before he looks outward towards the horizon.]

Not too far. There's a small island nearby that I thought you might like, so I prepared a kind of birthday picnic there...

[He looks at her.]

But I'm changing the plans. You're not going back until I let you.

[starshower]

[Tifa's brows arch up, and she follows his gaze out to the water.]

You say that as if I'd be eager to go back now that I'm out here...

[flamekthunder]

Depends if you'd have wanted a change of clothes or not.

[starshower]

[She shrugs.]

At least I remembered to put on clean clothes this morning, but... I don't know. Do I need a nice dress for this little adventure you're taking me on?

[flamekthunder]

Fortunately no. But if we're gone for a few days you may get tired wearing the same shirt the whole time.

[starshower]

A few days!?

[She looks down at herself, and then laughs quietly.]

Well, I guess if I ever do get tired of it, I could always ask someone to come drop off some stuff for me.

[flamekthunder]

As if I'd tell them where you are.

[A smirk.]

But I could always grab something... Or you just borrow something of mine and make do.

[starshower]

[She is about to agree when he tacks on that last part, and she blushes furiously.]

I mean... I wouldn't mind it.

[His clothes are very comfortable.]

But would still be nice to have something of mine... just in case. That's not to say that I don't— [You know what.] Let's just worry about that later.

[flamekthunder]

[He just chuckles at that, as if knowing she would react this way.]

There won't be anyone around if that helps.

[And just casually steps in closer to her, but it also looks as if he might have a purpose. Like on a hunt.]

But we'll see how you behave.

[starshower]

[That only makes her cheeks redden further, and after a moment of managing to hold his gaze, it drops away, and she stares down at the ground instead, bouncing a little on the balls of her feet.]

... I'll try to be good.

[Tucking a stray hair behind her ear, she lets her eyes drift to the ocean.]

I am looking forward to seeing what you have in mind, though. Is there anything I could do to help in the meantime?

[flamekthunder]

No.

[And he lifts his hand to lightly boop the tip of her nose.]

What I need is for you to relax and not worry about anything. You've been treating people day, now it's your turn.

[starshower]

[She crinkles her nose at him, smiling.]

So I'm just supposed to sit around while you sail me away?

[flamekthunder]

You could always enjoy the view. Take a nap. If you're hungry I can make you something.

[So yes.]

[starshower]

And what if I didn't want to do any of those things?

[Tifa looks over to the wheel.]

What if I wanted to steer your boat? Would that count as taking in the view, too?

[flamekthunder]

Wheel is off limits.

[But there's a playful grin at that.]

You really don't know how to sit still, do you?

[starshower]

Not really.

[Trust her, everyone has tried and very few have succeeded. He has in the past, but she's still feeling a little on the restless side right now, some of those thoughts still not quite shaken off just yet.

And she's going to start slooowly making her way towards it.]

But what if I find something like that relaxing? It's a lot easier than trying to steer the Seventh Heaven...

[There's a reason why he isn't really being adamant on her not taking the wheel, but he's going to block her all the same. So it's more like playful banter than trying to really stop her.]

Do you even know how? You don't even know where we're going.
